Who should attend?

Adults 18 years of age or older who are interested in learning strategies to use daily to assist with coping and managing the stress in your life.

Program Format:

4 weeks: 2 hour group sessions

Week 1 – What is stress and how does it effect you
Week 2 – Stress erasers
Week 3 – Thinking your way through stress
Week 4 – Steps to stress mastery
