Our Patients Tell Us…

This is Cane's story: “My experience is excellent. If it was not for the Primary Care Network and especially Cheryl the RN, I could not have achieved my goals that efficiently and quickly. I was so fortunate that [my family physician] recognized my problem and referred me so quickly.  Also I started seeing the Exercise Specialist already.  At my first visit, he gave me tips that I would never thought of on my own.  I am so grateful that such a service is available and hope it always will be there. Good job!”
